return and exchange policy

  • Receiving the shipment from the shipping company is considered an acknowledgment by the customer that the shipment (carton) is intact and in good condition and has not been opened before receipt. 

    1- The customer has the right to return or exchange products within (7) days from the date of receipt in the following cases:

  • The product that was shipped did not match the order. 
  • The product was found to have a manufacturing defect.
  • The product must be returned in the same condition as when it was received, with all its accessories and original packaging, and must not fall under any of the conditions under which the customer is not entitled to return or exchange the product.

    2- The customer is not entitled to return or exchange products in the following cases:

  • More than 7 days have passed since the date of receiving the product.
  • When using or damaging the product, it must be in its original condition upon receipt.
  • Assemblies cannot be returned or exchanged after ordering.
  • Damaged products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Products whose serial numbers have been tampered with or removed.
  • Products without labels, original packaging, or missing any of their accessories.
  • All products that clearly state that this item cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • All computer accessories.
  • Devices modified according to the customer’s wishes (laptops, desktops, servers, gaming devices), as the site allows modification of some products based on the customer’s request.
  • Customer-assembled desktop gaming systems (assemble your system).
  • Computer programs are permanently non-refundable.

3- Mechanism for requesting a product return or exchange:-

 

  •  The customer should contact the customer service team by calling 012 6500017 during working hours from 10 am to 10 pm, Saturday to Thursday, or by sending an official email to  strongersolution.online   The request for return or exchange should not exceed 7 days from the date of receipt, and you must provide them with all your invoice details and the reasons for the return or exchange. The request will be submitted to the relevant team for review and they will respond to you regarding your request.
  • After receiving the product to be returned or exchanged, the specialized team conducts a full technical inspection of the product to ensure it meets the return or exchange requirements, and submits the request to the relevant department for approval/rejection of the return or exchange.
  • If the customer requests a product exchange, a new replacement product will be provided, and the customer will not bear the return or shipping costs (according to the shipping and delivery policy).
  • If the customer does not want the product and requests a return, a fee of 100 riyals will be deducted for shipping and other services,  along with a discount of 20% or more of the product’s value depending on the product   (according to the refund policy). 
  • When a customer purchases through the Tabby and Tamara service, a fee of 200 riyals is deducted if the product is returned within 24 hours of the order, provided it is in its original condition and unopened. Otherwise, the customer is not entitled to a return.
  • If the defect or damage to the product is found to be due to misuse or incorrect electrical connection, the returned product will be considered not to meet the above conditions and will be outside the scope of the warranty (a report from the authorized maintenance agent will be provided to prove this). 
  •  The product to be returned or exchanged can only be sent back to us through our approved shipping service providers or in person to the showroom. 
  •  If a customer decides to cancel a “computer” order while it is in the “installation,” “testing,” or “packaging” stage, 300 riyals will be deducted from the customer’s refund, plus an additional 2% discount for Tabby customers.
  •  If the customer decides to cancel a “computer” order while it is in the “shipped” status, 300 riyals will be deducted from the refund amount for the customer, and an additional 2% discount will be applied to Tabby customers.
  •  If the customer requests to cancel a single item while it is in the “shipped” status, 90 riyals, the shipping cost, will be deducted from the refund amount to the customer, and an additional 2% discount will be applied to Tabby customers. 
  •  All our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. If the product malfunctions or is damaged within the warranty period, we are happy to assist you in requesting a replacement part, provided the cause is a manufacturing defect.
  •  One of our authorized shipping service representatives will contact you to schedule a pickup of the product you wish to return or exchange within 2 to 10 business days from the date of your return request being answered by the customer service team. 

   4- Products that do not meet the above conditions:

  • If the customer requests product repair due to misuse or incorrect electrical connection voltage, they will be informed of the repair costs and pay them before starting, in addition to bearing the return and shipping expenses of 59 riyals.
  • If the customer does not wish to repair the product because it does not meet the return or exchange conditions or is out of warranty, the customer will bear the return and shipping fees of 59 riyals. 

    5- Electronic payment fees:

  • All payments made by credit card are subject to a service fee of 2.5% of the order value. The service fee of 2.5% of the order value will be deducted in the event of a refund or cancellation of the order in whole or in part.
