- Â All electronic devices at Stronger solution are guaranteed for two years by the agent, except for some devices whose warranty is limited by the agent to one year.
- Â Accessories and spare parts may be provided for one year by the dealer.
- Â Business-grade electronic devices come with a one, two, or three-year warranty from the agent.
- To benefit from the warranty services, please bring the original purchase invoice to match the product’s serial number, ensuring that the serial number is registered on the device and has not been removed, and confirming that the warranty period is still valid.
- The warranty for the included accessories is explained in the product’s warranty manual, or it is one year if the information is not in the warranty manual.
- Â For devices assembled by the customer (gaming devices), the warranty is only on the internal parts by the agent or Stronger Solution, and attempts to repair them by unauthorized parties are excluded from the warranty service.
-  The product and manufacturing quality guarantee is provided by the agent and is subject to the manufacturer’s policies, as explained in the product’s warranty manual or the manufacturer’s website. For warranty and maintenance services, the customer can contact the warranty service provider directly to obtain the required service in accordance with the regulations.
- Warranty and maintenance services provided by the agent are not the responsibility of Stronger Solution, and this includes the availability of spare parts, repair time and quality of service. The customer must contact the agent directly.
- The shelf life of each product varies, and the customer should check the product manual or contact the agent for details.
- The customer must go to the warranty service provider to obtain the services directly, bringing the original invoice.
- Â The warranty covers free repair or replacement of parts in case of a manufacturing defect. However, the warranty does not cover product replacement or refund.
- Â Misuse of the product or failure to comply with the usage instructions in the product manual or the instructions referred to on the Internet and digital pages when activating the device.
- Â Scanning operating system files, hard drive partitions, or errors caused by viruses.
- Â The warranty service provider is not responsible for the loss of any software pre-installed on the device.
- Â The warranty provider is not responsible for replacing any additions or modifications made to the device, such as screen protectors or the outer frame, if the part connected to the modification is replaced or if the device is replaced during the repair process.
- The time required to obtain data or approval from the customer is not counted as part of the repair time, including:
- Â Obtaining customer approval to take a specific action, such as ordering a part for repair outside of warranty.
- The time it takes the customer to bring in accessories that need to be inspected, such as the power adapter, battery, or charger cable.Â
